Once you place an order for a custom/personalized sign, our system automatically sends you a link (to your email) to create your sign using our custom designer. Once you submit your design, it goes straight to printing. Please be sure to review your design thoroughly before submitting it. We do not provide proofs for this type of custom design since it is designed by you. If you need to make changes to your design, prior to completion, please reach out asap. If your design is not submitted when your order is scheduled to ship, we will send an email to follow up. This will delay your order. If we dot receive a response, we will cancel the order with a $15 restocking fee. Please be sure to submit your design in a timely manner so your order is not delayed. If *we are creating your custom design for you*, a proof WILL be provided for you to approve. A $25 design fee will be applied if you choose to cancel after we begin the design or have sent proofs.

Your happiness is important to us. If your order arrived damaged, we require a picture of the entire item and clear images of any defects or problems. We urge you to inspect your order as soon as you receive it to ensure it arrived in perfect condition. For any other issues, please reach out :)

If for any reason your order is time sensitive, please let us know in a message (prior to ordering). We can accommodate most rush orders, but sometimes our workload is very heavy and we cannot say yes to them all. Please note: purchasing expedited shipping only expedites the shipping, not for us to rush order your order. Your order must be approved as a rush order by our team, in order to be sent ahead of schedule.

ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER

We hate when mistakes happen or something arrives damaged, but we happily want to make it right for you, so please reach out to us (BEFORE LEAVING A REVIEW, OR OPENING A CASE) That way we can promptly handle any issues or mistakes, and ensure you are very satisfied with your order and the resolution to your problem. We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or late packages, but we will do our very best to help however we can! If you have had packages lost or stolen before to your address, we recommend adding insurance to your order. Please read our shop hours listed above to be aware of our response times. If you email regarding an issue from Friday evening through the weekend, please be patient for a response by Monday.
